SOUP Polymer Binder Technology
Transform RAP into a high-performance cold asphalt product. Our patented polymer binder mixes with up to 97.5% reclaimed asphalt pavement, rejuvenating oxidised bitumen and eliminating the need for virgin aggregate or hot mix. These are not emulsion based and differentiate from anything you have every used or seen before. The advantage of the product using asphaltsoup key binder is that it is a polymer not an emulsion base, that when mixed with 97.5% RAP, rejuvenates and allows the recycling of old asphalt to extend the lifespan of existing roads and reduce the environmental impact of construction. REJUVENATE & PROTECT
TL-2000 Polymer Technology
Rejuvenate oxidised asphalt in place and protect the surface from water ingress, UV damage and oxidation. TL-2000 penetrates up to 8cm into the pavement, forming a waterproof polymer membrane that extends service life and defers resurfacing. The result is a stronger, more resilient road or pavement that can remain in service for years longer while significantly reducing maintenance costs.
